inappropriate charge buffet format
the location was acceptable.
The breakfast setup was not the best. it was not a buffet (which is standard nowadays). the hotel charged me for the taxi call. I found that inappropriate.

central location comfy bed helpful staff limited breakfast slow shower drain faulty door
i was so thrilled the staff were always on hand. the central location meant i could walk nearly everywhere. my room had a comfy bed i really sleeped good.
the breakfast wasn't a buffet and was very limited. the shower drain was slow and i had to wait. the wc door did not close completely it was a real pain.

a mixed experience, some issues apparent
broken refrigerator limited storage
the hotel location proved acceptable, with ease of access to nearby points of interest.
the room i was allocated had a refrigerator that did not function and a lack of storage. there was no wardrobe or closet, it provided limited space for personal belongings and clothes. staff offered freezer packs, it was a solution not adequate and not fixed the problem. room needed a kettle.
